Downloadable Electronic Products (E-Books, E-Courses, Bundles)
Due to the nature of downloadable electronic products (which cannot be returned), these items are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Please research each item carefully before purchasing to ensure it is what you want to buy.
If you experience any issues downloading your items, we are happy to help.

Note: We are unable to look up downloads after 30 days, so please make sure to download your electronic purchases immediately and save a backup copy for yourself on another device (flash drive, cloud drive, etc.).
Physical Items That Have Already Shipped
We do not accept refunds for physical shipped items if you simply changed your mind.
Each product page provides detailed information and, in some cases, videos showing every page of the book so you can confirm your purchase decision before checkout.
If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us and we will replace it with an undamaged copy of the same item at no additional cost to you.
You must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order to request a replacement. After 90 days, no replacement will be issued.
If we shipped an item that was not what you ordered, please contact us and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.
If you accidentally ordered more than one of the same item and wish to return the extras, we will refund the duplicate items once they are returned to us in brand-new condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For books, we recommend using Media Mail, which is the lowest-cost option.
If the wrong shipping address was entered on your order and it was successfully delivered to that address, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
Please contact the recipient and ask them to forward it to you.
We do not offer refunds for books purchased through other sellers (such as Amazon, eBay, or thrift stores).
Please contact the seller you purchased from to request a refund.
Refunds are only available (under the terms above) if you contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item and if it is returned and received by us in brand-new condition.
Physical Items That Have Not Shipped Yet
If you wish to cancel a physical order before it ships, please contact us immediately.
We will cancel and refund your payment only if the order has not shipped yet.
Once an order has shipped, the above policy applies.
