Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new releases).
We always work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (within your country): 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal delays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our control.


Digital Products (E-Books, E-Courses, Bundles)

Digital products are delivered instantly via download link after payment is confirmed.
No physical product will be shipped.
If you have any trouble accessing your download, please visit our Download Help Page or contact our support team.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number (if applicable).
You can use this number to check your order status through the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed — however, additional shipping charges will apply.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can assist you in tracking or replacing the item.
Please allow up to 21 business days for investigation before a replacement or refund is issued.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
MyBookNest is not responsible for delays due to customs or local postal services.
